I called in the middle of July and spoke with Michelle. She gave me a quote for auto and home. She was very nice and helpful. I decided to wait and call a few more places as well to see who had the best rate. After speaking with others, I chose State Farm. I called and spoke to Jessica who was very nice and professional. She worked quickly and got me the best rate for both Auto and Home. I am pleased so far and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good rate. Thank you!"

"Unprofessional and rude. I have 2 cars and home and insurance through her office, and I will be finding new coverage after speaking with her. I finally got her on the phone after 5 calls in 3 days and she was belligerent and disrespectful, to the point where I told her I was disconnecting the call. Do yourself a favor and search her name on google and see what comes up, and then ask yourself if Youd trust her with anything. I'd give 0 stars if it would let me."
